The new version of the T4 driveaway awning from Outdoor Revolution is now available in a premium quality polycotton material, and also features a great new option of an additional annexe to the rear of the awning.
The T4E PC features a built on front canopy which is great for cooking under whatever the weather and the front can be extended even further still by utilising the optional front porch & a zip on canopy.
Our favourite feature however is the addition of an optional annexe which can be fitted at the back of the awning. You can still use the option of a 4 berth or 2 berth inner of course, but to really utilise the internal space of the T4E PC then the addition of an annexe makes a ton of sense. Even if you were to not use the annexe you then have an extra entrance/exit at the back of the awning which is an underrated feature and one which also gives you a further ventilation option during warmer periods which is always a welcome bonus!
The Outdoor Revolution T4E PC's main feature has to be the polycotton flysheet, whether you use this awning in the summer months in the UK or abroad the breathability of this fabric is a huge advantage against any polyester counterparts. You won't have any situations where the internal temperatures of the awning are bordering on the unbearable and on the flip side when the temperature is bordering on the Baltic you will find this awning is much warmer. Polycotton flysheets tend to last anywhere between 2 -3 times as long as polyester too so when you consider that you are actually getting a huge amount of value out of a polycotton product over a polyester.
Fixing the T4E PC to your van is simple using the straps provided to go over the van or ideally using a pre attached rail on your van or a wind out canopy like Fiamma/Omnistor etc seen in the video below. The concept is the same for either a fixed rail or a wind out so this should give you a good idea regarding how simple it will be to fit your awning to the van using a driveaway kit.
