Delivery and Returns Information

All orders on the Campers and Leisure website will be processed on Monday's through to Friday's. Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days where an order is not a product on back order, if this was the case we will make you aware immediately that there could be a possible delay. This is more often not the case, and you will receive your order promptly.

We always keep you up to date regarding the status of your order, however do feel free to contact us if you would like any further information, or alternatively give us a call 01202 893679.

We use FedEx/DHL on a 24 hour service so you can expect to receive your item/s in great condition and very quickly. 



We understand you may choose to change your mind after purchasing one of our products.

Simply notify us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items returned after 14 days and within 1 year can be exchanged for anything online or exchanged for a gift voucher to spend at any time.

Faulty Goods: Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your goods for a full refund, faulty goods returned after 30 days will be eligible for repair or replacement.

Your 30 day right to return

You have the legal right to a refund if you return your faulty good within 30 days of receiving it, regardless of what the store's return policy says. 

Your consumer returns rights after 30 days

If you don't reject the goods within the first 30 days, and find a fault within the first six months of possessing your faulty goods, you'll need to give the retailer a chance to make a repair or replacement. If that's unsuccessful, you can then ask for a refund.

After six months

After the first six months, the burden of proof switches to you to prove the fault you've found was present at the time you purchased the goods in store or first took ownership of it if you bought it online. 

The law does not detail how consumers can prove a fault was present at purchase, which can make it problematic when you’re asked to do so. The simplest thing to do is to get in contact with us so we can work together to find a favourable outcome for both parties.

You are responsible for returning the item back to us
Additional postage charges may be required on an exchange
Please do not attach labels or tape directly onto retail packaging/boxes
Items must be unused and returned in original packaging
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons: underwear, socks, swimwear, sanitary products, toilets, other personal items, helmets or other protective items

Items that are not covered under a manufactures warranty:
Tent poles, shock cord and spring links aren't covered under a manufactures warranty. These are seen as a wear and tear item, much like tires on a car.

A manufactures warranty does not cover customer or storm damage. If your tent/product is used in situations/conditions which exceed ours or the manufactures recommendations this may invalidate your warranty.

ALL Tents & Awnings returned to us as faulty MUST go through an inspection by us or the Manufacturer of the product to inspect any faults and to identify them as genuine manufacturing defects. Once a manufacturing defect has been confirmed then we will issue a refund immediately. It is our right to reasonably inspect any damage before issuing a refund.

All other items sold by Campers and Leisure come with a 1 year manufactures warranty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
